The building is 1999 construction with an array of ground floor offices available. Each office has independent heating/cooling controls. The site includes free secure car parking. The reception is staffed (until 5.00 pm) and security personnel are on-site during extended working hours. The normal operational hours are 8.00 am to 6.30 pm Monday to Friday and outside of those hours by special arrangement. The standard offer of office space includes rent, rates, and service charges. Additional IT and other support services can be organised at additional charge. Offices are provided unfurnished but we can assist you to organise furniture.
