Interserve House is a three storey office building that is set on the North West side of the leafy Ruscombe Business Park. The building is of a late 1960's design and is of steel and concrete frame construction. The building is clad with red brick and has precast concrete cladding panels framing the windows as parapets and canopies. Internally the building benefits from a high proportion of windows allowing good levels of natural light. The floor has recessed floor boxes, with perimeter trunking and the ceiling is a suspended ceiling tile grid system.
