This centre provides a flexible environment for organisations and entrepreneurs undertaking R&D - from co-working space, to serviced offices and laboratories - with individual offices ranging from 15 to 298m² (for 1 to over 40 people) and laboratory capable units from 15 to 103m² (for 1 to over 10 people). The Centre is equipped with resilient connectivity and infrastructure to enable us to provision the Internet and bespoke and deploy secure networks, VoIP phone systems, and more. In addition it also provides WiFi for common areas of the building, enabling residents and co-workers to access the Internet and their own VLANs (virtual local area networks). Clients can benefit from business and technology support from the University of Exeter Innovation Centre and the SETsquared partnership - voted the world’s best university incubator. The support is flexible and based on client needs; starting with regular review meetings with business advisors and panels of sector and domain specialists (our Experts in Residence) and, subject to their requirements, access to coaches, mentors and investor readiness programmes. Clients can access high specification meeting rooms and a conference suite, with in-house catering, at discounted flexible rates. Whether you are holding a board meeting, hosting a conference or presenting a pitch, the staff can bespoke a solution to provide everything you need so that you can concentrate on what you do best. The café offers an informal space for you, your employees and guests to take a break and refresh as well as providing a great solution for ad hoc meetings. In addition to its own car park, the location provides a variety of transport alternatives, in particular: close proximity to the M5 motorway and Exeter International Airport (2 miles from the Centre), with flights to the UK and Europe, in particular, London City, Newcastle, Manchester, Amsterdam, Paris and Dublin. A pool car, electric charging point, and car sharing scheme are all available. Pinhoe train station (1 mile from the Centre) has hourly trains to Exeter St David’s and Exeter Central stations (11 and 6 minute journeys). There is an adjacent bus route to Honiton, Cranbrook and Exeter city centro. A city cycle route runs through the Science Park and the Centre provides bike facilities, showers, changing rooms and lockers.
