The new development will comprise a large industrial unit of steel portal frame construction which can be sub-divided to provide individual units to suit a range of occupier requirements. The new units will comprise a small entrance lobby, a single office, toilets and a small kitchenette along with warehouse space accessed via a roller shutter and personnel door. Depending on lease term and covenant strength our client would consider fitting out to suit an individual occupier's requirement. Externally there will be allocated parking and designated areas for loading / unloading. The site is bounded by palisade fencing with access provided by a double gated entrance. A further detached building will be constructed under phase 2 of the development.
