Hanover is part of the new NOMA district, a mixed-use Quarter within Manchester city centre, with a strong vision for its future where character and connectivity combine in a carefully curated neighbourhood. A carved stone double-height creates a dramatic entrance to the building, which was Grade II listed in 1988. The welcoming reception area blends original Art Deco features and detailing with modern fixtures and finishes. The elegant timber and anodized brass of the reception desk contrasts with the robust graphite floor tiles. Adjacent to Manchester’s Green Quarter, WeWork Hanover occupies a space where history and culture meet commerce, and where creativity blends with the city’s rich industrial heritage. At the heart of the building, a spectacular new atrium combines traditional brickwork with glass and steel to create a social space and an informal meeting area on the journey into the heart of the building. Rich with architectural character, the large, open plan floorplates can be adapted by occupiers to suit their own needs and personalities.
