The Centre provides office and studio accommodation between 150 sq. ft. and 500 sq. ft., along with free parking, let on flexible ‘Easy In, Easy Out’ terms. In addition the Centre also offers members meeting room space, informal breakout areas and virtual offices, so there are great facilities on-site to make the day as productive as possible.

    This centre is a purpose built modern two storey building located in an easily accessible, quiet area that backs onto woodland. It provides a variety of accommodation including 25 light industrial units/workshops and 30 air conditioned offices. The workshops range in size from 366 ft² or 34 m² (the approximate size of a double household garage) to 1031 ft² or 96 m². They are centrally heated and have their own entrance. The offices at the site are on the first floor and vary from 200 ft² or 19 m2 which will accommodate 2-3 people to 800 ft² or 74 m2 which can accommodate at least 12 people. At this location, there is also a business incubation centre, this offers advice and workspace for those starting in business but are not quite ready for an office of their own.
