Commercial property in Battersea

The chimneys of Battersea Power Station still dominate the skyline in this part of the world, but don't underestimate the transformation that has taken place in Battersea in recent years.

Battersea's array of waterfront walkways and large skyscrapers under development have drawn comparison with the skylines and parks of lower Manhattan, with a phenomenal amount of development currently underway.

Battersea is within a stone's throw of one of London's busiest train stations, Clapham Junction, and once the Nine Elms development fully takes shape in 2020, the Northern Line is also likely to extend here.

Ideally situated within 45 minutes of London's major airports and with Gatwick Airport a mere half hour away, Battersea is a great location for jet-setting business people who do a lot of work in Europe or further afield.

Transport

There are 3 train stations in SW11. Battersea Park has trains running into London Victoria (4 mins), Queenstown Road has trains running into London Waterloo (9 mins) and Clapham Junction has trains running into London Victoria (6 mins) or London Waterloo (7 mins). There is currently no tube located in SW11, the nearest being at Clapham South or Clapham Common, both on the Northern line.
