The subjects are situated within the Portree Industrial Estate extension situated a short distance North West of Portree town centre. The sites are located on the east side of the access road.
Site B is as shown on the site plan and extends to 1.04 acres or thereby Access to the property is by means of the Estate service road, Leasgeary Road. The road has been adopted by Highland Council. The existing access from Leasgeary Road is shared with Skye Linen who occupy Number 7 and future maintenance will be on an equitable basis.
The estate is served by mains supplies of water and electricity with drainage to the main sewer. A plan is available for indicative purposes only and prospective purchasers will require to satisfy themselves with regards to all services. The purchaser shall a) Within 12 months of the date of conclusion of missives, obtain and exhibit any statutory consents which are required and commence the erection of building or buildings in accordance with the detailed plans, elevations and specifications approved in writing by HIE prior to the commencement of works upon the subjects and b) Within 2 years of the date of entry, HIE will reserve a right of pre – emption should the development not be completed within the noted timescales at a price representing Market Value at that time.
