Planning Consent was granted in May 2003 for development of the estate in terms of Classes 4, 5 and 6 of the Use Classes Order (Scotland) 1997. Any Planning enquires should be directed in the first instance to the Area Planning Office in Portree.

It should be noted that Number 7 has a non-exclusive right of servitude to install, use, maintain, repair and renew a drain and ancillary pipework through and under the area marked servitude corridor on the site plan.
