Previously the site was granted outline planning consent for the erection of 46 dwellings under reference W2/PA10/00024/O with access across two neighbouring sites but this has now expired. We are of the opinion that a purchaser is likely to obtain consent for a development of 40 plus units subject to acquiring a suitable access.
We have agreed terms in principle with two neighbouring owners to gain access to the A394 as proposed in the approved drawings submitted as part of the outline consent for 46 dwellings. Further details are available on request.
