sale for a 64 unit scheme and information. The following
accommodation schedule and plan overleaf suggest the
Affordable housing provision in the original outline planning
permission, and in local planning policy, is 40%. However, it is
estimated that a reduced affordable housing provision might
be supported on this site.
It is anticipated that the purchaser will submit an application
for full planning permission on the sale land with a reduced
affordable housing provision.
It is understood that services connections are available
adjacent to the site. An up to date report is being prepared in
relation to the drainage strategy, and will be available in the
