General Information Galalaw is situated on the northern outskirts of Hawick.
Hawick is the largest town in the Scottish Borders with a population of approximately 16,000 and serves a wide agricultural hinterland.
The town is conveniently situated for access to the main Borders towns, the north (Edinburgh 50 miles) and the south (Carlisle 42 miles) via the A7 which provides a good link to the national motorway network.
