From 15th September 2014 our business was transferred to Owen Shipp Commercial Limited (company number 9204561) and continues to trade as Owen Shipp Commercial.
David Kingston BSc MSc MRICS joined Owen Shipp Commercial as a consultant in 2010 to head up the valuation and Landlord & Tenant services. David has extensive experience of commercial property valuations, rent reviews, lease renewals and general lease advisory work.
George Musgrave BA is assisting with commercial agency and professional work while studying for his RICS qualifications.
We have extensive knowledge and experience of the property industry and strong local market knowledge. This has helped us provide our clients with sound, professional property advice to manage their property interests effectively.
