Today we provide a specialist service for landowners, country house and rural property owners, farmers and their other professional advisors. Our three offices are situated north and south of Bristol, within easy reach of the motorway network enabling us to be of help to our many clients throughout Gloucestershire, Somerset, Wiltshire and Monmouthshire.

The expertise and experience of our teams of Rural Chartered Surveyors and Rural Property Agents ensure that we can fully evaluate clients' requirements and offer sound professional advice in a down to earth manner adapting to changing needs while retaining high standards.

It is from this foundation that David James and Partners looks to the future with the intention that our many clients are fully appraised of changes in this increasingly complicated and volatile environment and market place whilst considering new opportunities.

Historically, acting in the management of rural business lets, our service has expanded to manage investment portfolios, urban and high street properties for our retained clients, advising on lease renewal and end of tenancy matters and ensuring rent collections.

Our renewable energy sector provides specialist advice on wind turbine and solar installations, integrating these with existing premises and promoting new sites for installations.

Our planning and development sectors have an impressive portfolio of new build and redevelopment projects for our commercial clients, adding value to existing commercial premises.

Our niche is providing individual units to small and medium enterprises who appreciate knowing their landlord and having a reactive Agent.
